Wayne Palesado attended a high school that specialized in art and design where he majored in Illustration and cartooning. Wayne then attended Queenborough Community College where he majored in fine arts. After graduation, Wayne worked as an art instructor for a number of family youth centers throughout New York City area, and in 1994 he moved to the Bronx.

Wayne has displayed his work in a number of galleries and art group shows as well as art fairs. He has also performed live doing art performances and spoken word. He considers his style to be surrealist and imaginative, colorful and bold. Currently he is an access producer of his own show, Arts and the Subculture for Bronxnet television, where he won an award for Best Entertainment Program. Wayne is currently a creator, co-producer and star of a short horror film project.
